Your Content: You retain all rights to the original assets and briefs you provide to us. You grant us a license to use these materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your project.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, you own the rights to the final deliverables created by us, subject to the specific usage licenses agreed upon in the project statement of work (typically internal use/testing only, unless broadcast rights are explicitly purchased).

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use our services to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Limitation of Liability
